Insects, cut powers, violation of your privacy (no safety) - GO ELSEWHERE

I stayed in this service appartment from July 2023 to January 2024 and I don't recommend it for several reasons: 1.Insects From day 1, I noticed that there were a lot of insects. I asked them to do something about it, I asked several times to change the room. they finally brought a specialist. The conclusion from the provider was relentless: they needed 3 days to clean the room. They finally accepted to change my room mid-October only. 2. Power cuts I experienced several power cuts. Once it happed when I was away for the weekend. All that was in the fridge and the freezer, was completely lost. They offered me 200 myr to cover the lost only, after I complained. Of course, it didn’t cover all the lost especially for the meat in the freezer. 3. Painting company - no privacy, no safety Last but not least, An external provider was painting the external façade of the building. I didn’t know that their intervention was also on the flours (no information provided) A worker from this company saw me while I was in my kitchen

5 out of 5. Clean and spacious Easy check in and out process Very attending to the guests needs Facilities i.e. swimming pool and gym are also superb Nice view too. The petronas twin towers side view, not as magnificent, but it serves the purpose. I love the 2in1 washer and dryer machine available in my unit.

Stayed at the 2 bedroom residence for 4 nights.. the room is rather spacious and well furnished with tv sofa washing machine and etc.. the washing machine works well but the dryer does not seem to be working.. tried it several times but the clothes were still not dried.. our room balcony is facing the KL twin towers and its quite nice.. as the hotel is facing the main road it can be abit noisy at times.. There is a free WIFI and its quite fast.. but there are limited channels on the tv and there are no children tv channels so my kids were quite bored.. The hotel room was clean but there seems to be a musky smell which I think is coming from the toilets.. seems to be some sewage issue.. but it didnt bother me much as we bought air refreshners to spray the whole room.. The mattress in the hotel was not the standard of most hotels though.. its quite firm and abit uncomfortable.. Check in and out of the hotel was quite fast.. do note that you have to pay a deposit of RM200 when checking in which will be returned upon checking out.. and there is free parking at the hotel but you can only park at the allocated lots.. For amenities, the hotel is about 5 mins walk to the Intermark Mall which had plenty of shops and restaurants.. Will consider returning again for the price and the location which is not as busy as areas like Bukit Bintang and etc

One of our best stay ever. Huge and clean 4 bedrooms suites. All Pros, need to stay here to believe. Location only few mins drive to Pavilion, KLCC and Chinatown Kuala Lumpur. There is a small mall beside too - Intermark. Breakfast at level 6 is decent but not massive varieties. Not forgetting we have private lift too to our rooms.
